- Technicians might be late for next appointment due to unexpected delay from previous bookings.
- Booking 2 services with the same 1 technician must call 832-295-3120 or write the note in remark box.

1. NO REFUND for any serrvice done at our salon. All sale are final.
2. We are not responsible for ingrown nails removed or any infection. If your want, please come to see doctors/specialists.
3. CUSTOMERS MUST INFORM SALON HEALTH PROBLEM BEFORE WE SERVICES, when you sign in, you accpet the salon's policy.
4. All services that you received at Pink Nail Lounge are guaranteed for 3 days from the date of services (Broken nails or paint).
5. We are not responsible for any lost items in our salon.
6. Color paint of gel peeling or splitting we only tough up the color originally used. If you wish to change color, you have to pay for color change service.
7. When you use white polish, white acrylics, or white gel color, we are not responsible for discoloration.
8. If you are note happy with your nail, please make us aware of it before you pay. We will fix them to your satisfaction or remove it.
9. No more stamp, we have point system for reward.

- We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone.
- No warranty for regular polish.
- No matching 100% on gel, regular, dipping and acrylic.
- If you are unsatisfied with the services, please let us know before you leave.
